This memo is addressed to TEFAP state agencies and provides final FY 2022 funding levels for TEFAP food and administrative grants under the full-year FY 2022 appropriations bill.

To help those most in need receive healthy, fresh foods, USDA will be offering boxes of pre-packed, mixed fresh produce though The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), in addition to the single varieties that are already available to order. 

This webinar provides TEFAP state agencies with information on the Farm to Food Bank Project funding processes for Fiscal Year 2020.  The webinar addresses where Farm to Food Bank Project requirements are found in legislation, regulations, and policy memoranda; outlines the process for amending a TEFAP state plan in order to receive funding; and summarizes state-level responsibilities related to obligating and reporting on any funding received.
