This webinar provided TEFAP eligible recipient agencies and other state/local organizations with general information about the TEFAP Reach and Resiliency grant initiative, which is intended to expand TEFAP’s reach into remote, rural, Tribal, and/or low-income areas that are underserved by the program. The webinar included an overview of the grant, a brief description of requirements for Round 1 funding as outlined in the recently published Request for Applications (RFA), and a question and answer session. Please note that TEFAP state agencies are the only eligible entities to apply to the grant initiative, but state/local organizations will be important partners in implementation of Reach and Resiliency grant projects.
Please note that since publication of this webinar, the deadline for TEFAP Reach and Resiliency - Round 1 grant applications has been extended. The deadline for applications to be submitted in the www.grants.gov web portal is now Feb. 18, 2022 (as opposed to the Feb. 4, 2022, deadline stated in the webinar).
