The following documents are located in the Disaster SNAP Guidance and D-SNAP Toolkit, but have been separated out for convenient access as they are among the most frequently used tools by states during D-SNAP planning, operations, and reporting.

FNS Form 292A is to be used to report Commodity Distribution for Disaster Relief.

See the resources below for information about the Smart Snacks requirement, helpful tools, and ways to encourage children to make healthier snack choices that give them the nutrition they need to grow and learn.

State agencies apply for reimbursement using Form FSA-21, submitted to the appropriate FNS regional office for approval.
