This study informs FNS about the reasons behind underredemption of the cash-value benefit issued to participants in WIC.
Any firm may request administrative and judicial review, if it is aggrieved by any of the actions described in SNAP regulations. This final rule adopts, with some revisions, changes to the NSLP regulations, as set forth in the interim final rule published in the Federal Register on April 27, 2012.
