The Department of Agriculture has submitted the following information collection requirement(s) to OMB for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, PL 104-13.
This collection is a revision of a currently approved collection for the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program.
This final rule excludes combat pay from inclusion in the WIC income eligibility determination for deployed service members.
This supersedes the Jan. 7, 2010, version of the policy memo, Exclusion of Military Combat Pay. In addition to combat pay and other income received by deployed service members, this memorandum addresses Deployment Extension Incentive Pay.
