This information collection request is for a revision to the currently approved Special Nutrition Programs Quick Response Surveys.
This final rule considers public comments submitted in response to the proposed rule revising the WIC food packages published on Nov. 21, 2022.
This is a reinstatement, with changes, of a previously approved information collection that was discontinued on 12/31/2022. This data collection effort for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children Participant and Program Characteristics Study.

USDA announces adjusted income eligibility guidelines to be used by state agencies in determining the income eligibility of persons applying to participate in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). These income eligibility guidelines are to be used in conjunction with the WIC regulations.
This rulemaking serves to amend WIC program regulations by incorporating provisions of the Access to Baby Formula Act of 2022 and making related amendments.

This is a revision of a currently approved information collection for Pandemic EBT (P–EBT) for the reporting burden associated with administering P–EBT. This revision is limited in nature and only includes collection activities essential to facilitating the orderly wind-down and close-out of the P–EBT program.
This final rule amends the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) regulations by lowering the minimum identified student percentage (ISP) from 40 percent to 25 percent.
