This memorandum provides guidance to state agencies on how to determine if an individual has good cause for not meeting the general work requirement in situations related to COVID-19 vaccination requirements and COVID-19 workplace safeguards.

the Food and Nutrition Service  is publishing for public comment a summary of a proposed information collection. This is a revision of a currently approved collection.

FNS will allow state agencies to suspend SNAP regulations by allowing flexibility in the time frame for establishing or disposing of new claims as well as by not requiring collection of active recoupment of SNAP overpayments, delaying collection on newly established overpayments, and not considering any payments delayed due to this suspension to be delinquent.

Final rule -Notification of approval of Information Collection Request. The final rule entitled Employment and Training Opportunities in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program was published on Jan. 5, 2021. The Office of Management and Budget cleared the associated information collection requirements on March 16, 2021. This document announces approval of the ICR.
