Through ARPA, USDA received waiver authority to support WIC and FMNP outreach, innovation, and modernization. Waivers are currently available to support WIC online shopping and ARPA funded projects.

This memorandum provides best practices for state agencies for using appropriate documentation for claim validation for self-preparation sites and ensuring claims are properly payable in the Summer Food Service Program.

The Keys to Payment Accuracy highlight best practices and provide strategies and opportunities enabling states to improve and maintain the accuracy of SNAP payments.  The 10 strategic tools included in the Keys are based on the experiences, needs, and challenges of state agencies in an effort to encourage a comprehensive approach to improving SNAP payment accuracy.
