Public Charge Ground of Inadmissibility
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security proposes to prescribe how it determines whether a noncitizen is inadmissible to the United States under section 212(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act because they are likely at any time to become a public charge.

Comment Request - Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP)
This notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on the planned information collection. It is a revision of a currently approved collection associated with requests by state agencies to operate a Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to temporarily provide food assistance to households following a disaster.
