This memo provides State agencies with guidance on allowable use of advanced automation technologies. 

The purpose of this toolkit is to provide general guidelines for state partners to share with their TEFAP Reach and Resiliency grantees and FY 2022 National School Lunch Program Equipment Assistance sub-grantees on how to display and use the Investing in America logo at sites and locations funded under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. 

FNS partnered with the Michigan State agency and Code For America to provide an update on Summer EBT as part of the USDA Child Nutrition State Agency Meeting. The presentation provided an overview of available guidance and resources and facilitated a panel discussion about implementation challenges and solutions.

This document describes the methods by which Summer EBT agencies conduct verification for Summer EBT applications.

Through this rulemaking, FNS aims to improve the quality of race and ethnicity data collected and to ensure program benefits are distributed without regard to race, color, or national origin.
