This memorandum transmits the 2024 income guidelines for state agencies and tribes in determining the eligibility of individuals applying to participate in CSFP.

Each state and tribal organization that intends to administer the Summer EBT Program must submit a Final Plan for Operations and Management (POM) to the FNS regional office no later than February 15 of each year. 

The purpose of this toolkit is to provide general guidelines for state partners to share with their TEFAP Reach and Resiliency grantees and FY 2022 National School Lunch Program Equipment Assistance sub-grantees on how to display and use the Investing in America logo at sites and locations funded under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

FNS partnered with the Michigan State agency and Code For America to provide an update on Summer EBT as part of the USDA Child Nutrition State Agency Meeting. The presentation provided an overview of available guidance and resources and facilitated a panel discussion about implementation challenges and solutions.

This document describes the methods by which Summer EBT agencies conduct verification for Summer EBT applications.

With this final rule, FNS is revising Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program regulations that cover collecting and reporting race and ethnicity data by state agencies on persons receiving benefits from SNAP.
