USDA is issuing this notice of proposed rulemaking to improve SNAP's quality control system as required in the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. 

Form FNS-380, is a SNAP worksheet used to determine eligibility and benefits for households selected for review in the quality control sample of active cases and to ensure program integrity.

FNS will allow state agencies to suspend requirements to conduct face-to-face interviews for QC active reviews through Dec. 31, 2020.

This notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection. This is a revision of a currently approved information collection request.

This form provides a systematic means of aiding the State's Quality Control Reviewer in analyzing the case record, planning and doing field investigation and gathering, comparing, analyzing and evaluating data.  This notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection. 

As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on the proposed information collection for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program's Regulations, Part 275--Quality Control.

The Department of Justice is publishing a proposed rule in this issue of the Federal Register which proposes to establish clear standards governing a determination that an alien is inadmissible or ineligible to adjust status, or has become deportable, on public charge grounds. Before the proposed rule becomes final, the Immigration and Naturalization Service is publishing its field guidance on public charge issues as an attachment to this notice.
