This agreement sets out the requirements for administering the child nutrition programs and the food distribution programs.

FNS Form 292A is to be used to report Commodity Distribution for Disaster Relief. 

This memorandum consolidates and clarifies select disaster/emergency policies and procedures applicable to the CSFP, the FDPIR and TEFAP.

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide questions and answers to help Indian Tribal Organizations and state agencies implement provisions of the final rule: Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations: Income Deductions & Resource Eligibility.

This form is used to report Racial/Ethnic Group Participation in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program as outlined in FNS Instruction 113-1. 

The purpose of this instruction is to establish the general standards and procedures that the state distributing agency must follow in order to ensure that restitution is made for the loss of donated foods, or for the loss or improper use of funds provided for, or accruing from, the distribution of donated foods.

FNS Form AD-1049 is the USDA Certification Regarding Drug-Free Work Place Requirements (GRANTS) Alternative I - For Grantees Other than Individuals

State agencies apply for reimbursement using Form FSA-21, submitted to the appropriate FNS regional office for approval. 

This Instruction establishes policy for charging allowable costs associated with the administration of TEFAP, and for assigning such costs to states and eligible recipient agencies (ERAs).  Such classification of costs is necessary in order to demonstrate compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements described in section II, of this document.
