The FDCH participation study aims to understand provider experiences with the CACFP by asking a nationally representative sample of both current and former participating FDCH providers about their experiences with the program.

On Oct. 1, 2021, the requirement to credit grains served in the CACFP in "ounce equivalents" was implemented. This action also applied to the crediting of grains served to infants and toddlers in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. This document corrects the final regulations to align meal pattern tables and corresponding endnotes with regulatory requirements.

This collection is a reinstatement, with change, of a previously approved collection for which approval has expired. FNS uses this collection to obtain account and record information from state and service institutions that is necessary to effectively manage the CACFP and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory Program requirements.

This notice announces the Department's annual adjustments to the Income Eligibility Guidelines to be used in determining eligibility for free and reduced price meals and free milk for the period from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
