On Aug.16, 2023, FNS announced the award of $9.4 million in federal funding for the FY 2023 Team Nutrition Grant for Supporting Nutrition Education for School-Aged Children.

These worksheets can be used to empower Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) providers and operators with the knowledge, skills and expertise to implement CACFP meal pattern requirements. 

New and updated "Discover MyPlate: Nutrition Education for Kindergarten" materials foster the development of healthy food choices and physically active lifestyles during a critical developmental and learning period for children—kindergarten. Now with added resources to learn where foods come from, explore more foods, and try kid-friendly recipes.
