This collection is a revision of a currently approved collection to provide FNS and WIC state agencies with an ongoing/annual data set that can be used to assess state agencies' compliance with WIC vendor management requirements and estimate state agencies' progress in eliminating fraud, waste, and abuse.

This is an extension of a currently approved collection under OMB No. 0584-0010, which is due to expire Oct. 31, 2019.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on the TIP Data Collection, which will provide FNS and WIC state agencies with an annual data set that can be used to assess state agencies' compliance with WIC vendor management requirements and estimate state agencies' progress in eliminating fraud, waste, and abuse.

The purpose of the Performance Reporting System is to ensure that each state agency and project area is operating the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in accordance with the Act, regulations, and the state agency's Plan of Operation.
