Resource | Policy Memos P-EBT State Plans for SY 2020-21

The Continuing Appropriations Act 2021 and Other Extensions Act extends Pandemic EBT through the end of September 2021. That means that P-EBT is now available for all of school year 2020-2021.

Resource | Policy Memos | FNS-GD-2020-0132 SNAP – Waiver of QC Face-to-Face Interview Requirement Due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency – Blanket Approval

This wavier approval will allow state agencies to conduct telephone interviews in lieu of face-to-face for all QC interviews that take place from the date of issuance of this waiver through Sept. 30, 2020, regardless of the case sample month.
