This memorandum provides additional implementation guidance regarding the final rule titled the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Review of Major Changes in Program Design and Management Evaluations (“Major Changes Rule”) published in the Federal Register on Jan. 19, 2016.

The final version of the FNS-366B that all states must use to report quarterly SNAP data.

The authority for this collection is provided for in the Child Nutrition Act of 1966. As required, FNS issued regulations which prescribes the methods for making payments of funds to state agencies to use for administrative expenses incurred in supervising and giving technical assistance in connection with activities undertaken by them under the National School Lunch Program, the Special Milk Program, the School Breakfast Program, the Child and Adult Care Food Program  and the food distribution program.

The purpose of this submission to OMB is to obtain approval to continue the discussed information collection. States and service institutions participating in the CACFP will submit to FNS account and record information reflecting their efforts to comply with statutory and regulatory program requirements.
