This rulemaking finalizes long-term school nutrition requirements based on the goals of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2020-2025, robust stakeholder input, and lessons learned from prior rulemakings.

This final rule considers public comments submitted in response to the proposed rule revising the WIC food packages published on Nov. 21, 2022.

The purpose of this toolkit is to provide general guidelines for state partners to share with their TEFAP Reach and Resiliency grantees and FY 2022 National School Lunch Program Equipment Assistance sub-grantees on how to display and use the Investing in America logo at sites and locations funded under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. 

Team Nutrition has a variety of posters for schools, summer sites, and child care (centers, homes, and sponsors). When available, child nutrition program operators may request printed copies, while supplies last.

This rulemaking serves to amend WIC program regulations by incorporating provisions of the Access to Baby Formula Act of 2022 and making related amendments.
