Food Distribution Program: Value of Donated Foods (July 1, 2003 - June 30, 2004)
Notice is hereby given that the national average minimum value of donated foods, or cash in lieu thereof, per lunch under NSLP (7 CFR part 210) and per lunch and supper under CACFP (7 CFR part 226) shall be 15.75 cents for the period July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.

Food Distribution Program: Substitution of Donated Beef and Pork With Commercial Beef and Pork
This notice announces the Food and Nutrition Service's intent to continue to provide processors with an opportunity to participate in a demonstration project to test program changes in the State processing program. In the demonstration project, selected processors will be allowed to substitute donated beef and pork supplied by the Department of Agriculture (the Department, or USDA) with commercial beef and pork.
