FNS is issuing this guidance to assist SNAP state agencies planning for the expiration of the federal COVID-19 Public Health Emergency. FNS recognizes any change in program operations can be challenging to implement and appreciates the work state agencies do to continue to adapt in response to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
