This memorandum sets forth the adjustments to be made by states operating Combined Application Projects.

Cost-of-Living adjustments to the SNAP allotments, deductions, income eligibility standards for the 48 states, D.C., Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

Per 7 CFR 247.29(b)(2), the CSFP state agency must report the receipt and distribution of commodities, as well as beginning and ending inventories and other commodity data on a monthly basis via the FNS-153, Monthly Report of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program and Quarterly Administrative Financial Status Report.

This notice announces the surplus and purchased commodities that USDA expects to make available for donation to states for use in providing nutrition assistance to the needy under TEFAP in FY 2008. The commodities made available under this notice must, at the discretion of the state, be distributed to eligible recipient agencies for use in preparing meals and/or for distribution to households for home consumption.
