Members of the public who would like to request the withdrawal or modification of an existing document are encouraged to submit an email to sm.fn.regsnotices@usda.gov with the following information:

  • Title of Document
  • Document ID:  This is the number listed above the title with the format “FNS-GD-yyyy-xxxx”
  • Request:  Please describe the request you are making in detail (i.e., are you requesting a modification and, if so, what modification are you requesting).
  • Your contact information in case our staff needs to follow up.
