Planning Resources

This module contains resources specifically targeted for the planning phase of implementation. Here is where you can assess your school’s potential ability to offer breakfast, barriers to overcome, and how to propose a breakfast program to other stakeholders. Additionally, the Service Delivery Worksheets link takes you to a list of worksheets that describe in detail the five different methods of delivering breakfast to students. The Stakeholder Surveys links provide sample surveys to send to parents, teachers, etc. to assess their interest and concerns with starting or expanding the breakfast program.
