Benefit Availability: Benefits for approved claims are issued immediately upon claim approval. You must replace your card.

Submit claims by mail, fax, email, or in-person at local offices. The state has 10 calendar days after date of theft report, or date of claim submission (whichever is later) to validate the claim.

Benefit Availability: Benefits are issued within 5 business days after receipt of signed claim and within 1 business day after approval date. You must re-PIN your card.
