Households have 60 calendar days after the state has started their plan (June 1, 2024) to submit a retroactive claim. Submit regular claims within 30 calendar days of discovering theft. Submit claims by mail, email, phone, in-person at local offices, or other valid transmission method. The state has 30 calendar days to validate the claim.
Benefit Availability: Benefits for approved claims are available for use by midnight on the day of claim approval. You must replace your card.
