These worksheets can be used to empower Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) providers and operators with the knowledge, skills and expertise to implement CACFP infant meal pattern requirements. These worksheets help CACFP operators determine amounts of grains needed to meet CACFP meal pattern requirements. Effective Oct. 1, 2021, CACFP operators will use ounce equivalents instead of “servings” when planning menus. For more information and other resources please visit the CACFP Meal Pattern Training Tools and CACFP Grains Ounce Equivalents resources page.
