OVS Middle/High School Breakfast Poster (2.60 MB)
This poster can be used as signage to educate middle and high school students in selecting a reimbursable breakfast under Offer versus Serve (OVS). Teachers and school foodservice professionals will find these posters help students more quickly select the foods in the breakfast line that make up a reimbursable meal.
State agencies and regional offices may also want to use this tool to provide training about OVS requirements at breakfast.
