Offer versus Serve Posters for Breakfast and Lunch

These posters are to be used as signage to educate students in selecting a reimbursable meal under Offer versus Serve. Teachers and school foodservice professionals will find these posters help students more quickly select the foods in the breakfast and lunch line that make up a reimbursable meal.

Offer versus Serve Tip Sheets

The tip sheets designed for school foodservice professionals provide an overview of Offer versus Serve guidance for breakfast and lunch meal service. State agencies and regional offices may also use this tool to provide training about offer versus serve policy requirements at lunch.
