K1. The RFA states that in order to pass the first screening, the application must contain a letter from at least one retailer from the following categories: “ large supermarkets, smaller groceries, convenience stores, and farmers’ markets.” When you say “smaller groceries” does that include both the Small Grocery Store (SG) and Medium Grocery Store (MG) categories from the REDE file?

A. Yes. Either a Small Grocery (SG) or a Medium Grocery (MG) would satisfy this requirement.
