When school lets out for summer, millions of children lose access to school breakfast and lunch and are at risk of going hungry.
USDA's summer meal programs work to make sure that doesn't happen. USDA has enlisted the help of community-based organizations to serve summer meals so that children can get the nourishing food they need to learn, play, and grow year round.
