FY 2019 Administrative Review and Training Grants

The USDA Food and Nutrition Service is pleased to announce the release of the Fiscal Year 2019 request for applications (RFA) to invite state agencies that administer the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program to apply for FY 2019 Administrative Review and Training (ART) Grants. FNS has up to $8.5 million available to fund grants to state agencies to support oversight and training efforts to reduce administrative errors and improve school meal program accountability. This announcement describes the FY 2019 ART Grant process.

Comment Request - WIC FMNP Regulations-Reporting and Recordkeeping Burden

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection. This collection is a revision of a currently approved information collection for the WIC Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) Regulations for the reporting and recordkeeping burden associated with the WIC FMNP Program regulations.

Comment Request - Uniform Grant Application for Non-Entitlement Discretionary Grants.

The Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) has a number of non-entitlement discretionary grant programs to collect the information from grant applicants needed to evaluate and rank applicants and protect the integrity of the grantee selection process. All FNS discretionary grant programs will be eligible, but not required to use the uniform grant application package.

Fiscal Year 2015 NSLP Equipment Assistance Grants for SFAs

The purpose of this memorandum is to distribute funding allocations in the amount of $25 million provided by the Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 Agriculture Appropriations Act to state agencies that will competitively award equipment assistance grants to eligible school food authorities (SFAs) participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
