Thrifty Food Plan - 1999 Administrative Report

This revision incorporates recent developments in nutrition standards and dietary guidance as well as updates reflective of food consumption and food nutrient content information. It is possible to obtain a healthful diet meeting current nutritional standards at a constant real cost equal to the previous Thrift Food Plan.
