This is a revision of a currently approved collection. The purpose of the Uniform Grant Application Package for Discretionary Grant Programs is to provide a standardized format for the development of all Requests for Applications for discretionary grant programs released by FNS and to allow for a more expeditious OMB clearance process.

Comment Request - Additional Information To Be Collected Under the Uniform Grant Application Package for Discretionary Grant Programs for TEFAP Reach and Resiliency Grants
FNS plans to add TEFAP Reach and Resiliency Grants to its list of approved programs under the Uniform Grant Application for Non-Entitlement Discretionary Grants, and intends to collect additional information for the TEFAP Reach and Resiliency Grants outside of what is currently in the uniform package.
