Information Collection: WIC Nutrition Assessment and Tailoring Study-In-Person Data Collection
This collection is a revision of the currently approved collection for the WIC Nutrition Assessment and Tailoring Study (WIC NATS). The revision adds data collection from in-person site visits, where the data collection activities planned for the currently approved remote site visits will be replicated for use with 30 WIC clinic sites for in-person site visits once WIC clinic sites safely resume in-person operations.
Comment Request - WIC Breastfeeding Award of Excellence
This collection is a revision of a currently approved collection for awarding local agencies for excellence in WIC breastfeeding services and support. Section 231 of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010, PL 111-296, requires that USDA establish a program to recognize WIC local agencies and clinics that demonstrate exemplary breastfeeding promotion and support activities.
PART 246—Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children
This part announces regulations under which the Secretary of Agriculture shall carry out the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. The Child Nutrition Act of 1966 states in part that the Congress finds that substantial numbers of pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants and young children from families with inadequate income are at special risk with respect to their physical and mental health by reason of inadequate nutrition or health care, or both.

Increase in the Cash Value Voucher for Pregnant, Postpartum, and Breastfeeding Women
The purpose of this memorandum is to notify WIC state agencies that the monthly value of the cash value voucher for fruits and vegetables for pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women will increase from $10 to $11 beginning in FY 2016 on Oct. 1, 2015.
Final Rule: Revisions in the WIC Food Packages
