CNR 2010: Permanent Agreements in the SFSP and the CACFP

The Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 (the Act), Public Law 111-296, was signed into law by the President on December 13, 2010. The Act modifies requirements for permanent agreements in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
