This final rule will codify, with some extensions, three menu planning flexibilities temporarily established by the interim final rule of the same title published Nov. 30, 2017.

This is a request for information from state agencies administering child nutrition programs and state distributing agencies to learn about the successes, challenges, and needs for the State Administrative Expense allocation formula.

Notice is hereby given that the national average minimum value of donated foods, or cash in lieu thereof, per lunch under the NSLP and per lunch and supper under the CACFP shall be 23.50 cents for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019.

This collection is a new collection for the School Nutrition and Meal Cost Study-II. The purpose of SNMCS-II is to provide a comprehensive picture of school food service operations and the nutritional quality, cost, and acceptability of meals served in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program.
