Terms and Conditions for Funds Available for Storage and Distribution of Food Purchase Distribution Program Foods
Under the statutory authority of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the USDA is administering a second year of the Trade Mitigation Food Purchase and Distribution Program, now known as the Food Purchase Distribution Program, to purchase up to $1.4 billion of FPDP foods.

The SNAP Employment and Training program, administered by all 53 state agencies, helps participants gain the skills, training, or work experience they need to enter, reenter, or remain in the workforce. The program is flexible. State agencies can tailor services and supports to the needs of SNAP participants and the communities in which they live.

Meal Service During Unanticipated School Closures
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide updated guidance on the child nutrition program flexibilities available during unanticipated school closures. Schools may face unanticipated closures due to natural disasters, unscheduled major building repairs, court orders relating to school safety or other issues, labor-management disputes, or, when approved by the state agency, a similar cause.
Federal Micro-Purchase and Simplified Acquisition Thresholds
This memorandum, SP20 CACFP07 SFSP06-2019, notifies all child nutrition program state agencies and program operators of guidance the Food and Nutrition Service received from the Office of Management and Budget, OMB M-18-18, authorizing increases to the value of the micro-purchase and simplified acquisition thresholds.
