Final Rule: SNAP Rescission of Requirements for ABAWDS: Notice of Vacatur
This final rule removes from the Code of Federal Regulations the final rule published on Dec. 5, 2019, titled “Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program: Requirements for Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents.” This action responds to a decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia that vacated the rule.

Final Rule: FSP Employment and Training Program Provisions of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002
This rule finalizes the proposed provisions of a rule published on March 19, 2004 to amend Food Stamp Program regulations to codify Food Stamp Employment and Training program provisions of section 4121 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002.
