This initiative introduces new reporting requirements for USDA vendors regarding reporting of nutrition, allergen, and ingredient information for USDA Foods in Schools.  

The USDA DoD Fresh program allows schools and ITOs to buy fresh produce. The program is operated by the Defense Logistics Agency at DoD. 

The Integrated Food Management System replaces the legacy, Automated Inventory System. IFMS consolidates food distribution transactions into a seamless, easy-to-use cloud-based platform.

IFMS continues to evolve based on user feedback and releases to provide fixes and enhancements are scheduled every six to eight weeks.

This memorandum and attached chart, Attachment A, provide 2022 tentative caseload assignments for CSFP.

The USDA Foods Toolkit is a collection of valuable resources to assist child nutrition professionals in effectively using their USDA Food entitlement and to help them educate students, staff, and the community about the healthy contributions that USDA Foods provide to their meal programs.

This memorandum transmits the 2022 Income Guidelines for state agencies and Indian Tribal Organizations in determining the eligibility of individuals applying to participate in CSFP.

Active IFMS users can access instructional materials, forms, and helpful references through the IFMS application. These materials are regularly updated to reflect the latest system changes with each release.
