This document is addressed to TEFAP state agencies and provides guidance that the FY 2022 reallocation process for TEFAP administrative funds will be suspended and state agencies will receive any unused regularly appropriated FY 2021 TEFAP administrative funds for use in FY 2022.
On Dec. 27, 2020, the President signed into law the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2021. FDD has received several complaints recently about dried fruit and grain products that became infested in storage. Therefore, it is imperative that dried fruit and grain products are distributed to the end user as soon as possible after receipt from the vendor to avoid problems with infestation.
