FY 2020 QC Tolerance Level and Update to FNS Handbook 310

SNAP’s QC system uses a tolerance level to set the threshold for determining which errors are included in the national payment error rate calculation. For FY 2020, the tolerance threshold will remain at $37. For FY 2020, all state agencies shall use $37 as the QC tolerance level for excluding small errors.

SNAP - Fiscal Year 2020 Cost of Living Adjustments

This memorandum provides the FY 2020 Cost-of-Living Adjustments to the SNAP maximum allotments, income eligibility standards, and deductions. Under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, COLAs are effective as of Oct. 1, 2019.

Form FNS-380 is a SNAP worksheet used to determine eligibility and benefits for households selected for review in the QC sample of active SNAP cases. This form provides a systematic means of aiding the State's Quality Control Reviewer in analyzing the case record, planning and doing field investigation and gathering, comparing, analyzing and evaluating data.  This notice invites the general public and other public agencies to comment on this proposed information collection.

FY 2019 Homeless Shelter Deduction Memo
