Food Safety COVID-19 Resources
The Office of Food Safety works collaboratively with the Institute of Child Nutrition (ICN) through a cooperative agreement to create and publish resources for school nutrition professionals. The ICN regularly updates their Prevent resources page with eLearning courses, useful links, COVID-19 news, and resources. Many of their resources are available in both English and Spanish.
