This memorandum provides information on the updated School Meal Programs Administrative Review Manual, and accompanying forms, tools, and instructions for School Year 2016-2017.

This memorandum supersedes previous guidance SP 43-2015, “Administrative Review – Revised Manual, Tools, and Forms”, issued on August 31, 2015. The yellow highlighted portions in this version indicate where edits were made from the School Year 2015-2016 guidance.
