The Farm to School Census preparation worksheet is designed to help school food authorities (SFAs) gather information that they will be asked to provide as part of the 2023 Census. Completing this worksheet is optional. SFAs can and should complete the Census even if they do not have all the requested information or are only able to provide estimates.
