Definitions: "Non-Hispanic, Black-Only and Non-Hispanic, Other" includes all infants, children, and pregnant or postpartum women who are not Hispanic/Latino and who report a race other than White, or who report multiple races. This graphic includes Puerto Rico but no other territories. The "Number Eligible" and "Number of Participants" numbers are rounded to the nearest hundred. The estimated coverage rates exceed 100 percent for Non-Hispanic, Black-Only and Non-Hispanic, Other in Maine and Hispanic/Latino in Alaska. However, the lower bound of the 95-percent confidence interval for these rates is below 100 percent. The estimated coverage rates exceed 100 percent for Hispanic/Latino in Maine, Vermont, and West Virginia. These coverage rates are unreliable with the lower bound of the 95-percent confidence interval above 100 percent or the lower bound of the 95-percent confidence interval below 0 percent and the upper bound above 100 percent.
