FNS invites Accredited Colleges and Universities to apply for USDA Participant Research Innovation Laboratory (PRIL) for Enhancing WIC Services grant to fund the establishment of PRIL and to develop and administer a series of sub-grants pertinent to the purpose of improving services for WIC families in clinic and vendor environments. Under this RFA, approximately $1.0 million is available for administering PRIL and funding sub-grant research awards.

Who May Apply
This Request for Application (RFA) is open to all Accredited Colleges/Universities, and Private or Public Research Institutions. These are requirements for the selected recipient of the Cooperative Agreement, not any potential sub-grantees.
Application Due Date
The complete application must be uploaded on www.grants.gov by 11:59 PM, Eastern Time (Nov. 2, 2016). Applications received after the deadline date will be deemed ineligible and will not be reviewed or considered. FNS will not consider any additions or revisions to an application once it is received. FNS will not accept mailed, faxed, or hand-delivered applications.
