A final rule announcing the approval of the information collection burden requirements in and the compliance date for the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) was published in the Federal Register on March 23, 2007.  The provisions of the SFMNP final rule, published in the Federal Register on December 12, 2006 (71 FR 74618), contained information collection burden requirements that required approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).  This subsequent final rule announces the approval date of the provisions contained in the final rule and amends the final rule to include the OMB Control Number assigned to the information collection burden.
