WIC Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT)

WIC EBT is an electronic system that replaces paper food checks or vouchers with a card for food benefit issuance and redemption at authorized WIC grocery stores. 

NEW: Implementation of the Electronic Benefit Transfer-Related Provisions of Public Law 111-296 - Proposed Rule
Published in the Federal Register February 28, 2013.  Comments due on or before May 29, 2013.
