The Integrity Profile (TIP) Report for Fiscal Year 2002
The Integrity Profile (TIP) report is an analysis of
the WIC Program’s State Agency vendor monitoring activities.
The TIP report covers activities conducted between October 2001 and
September 2002 and provides specific State-by-State data on WIC vendor
characteristics, training, compliance activities and sanctions.
TIP serves an important program purpose in that it promotes good
